Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also assist in upselling and cross-selling products to elevate the average transaction value, while maintaining store cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

You will build and nurture relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, sharing insights from deliveries. The role requires safe driving, strong communication, and flexible scheduling across days,

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and peers.
Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
Comfort with reading safety rules, catalogs, and procedures.
Familiarity with inventory systems and store equipment.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock, back stock, and cycle counts.
Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and suggest parts or services.
