Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and deliver automotive parts to pro customers, while maintaining accurate inventory and supportive store operations.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, and help keep the store clean and stocked. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required, along with a customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating manuals and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and provide CPP insights learned while making deliveries
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
• Other duties as assigned
