Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Colorado is seeking a driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. You will engage with customers, upsell and cross-sell when appropriate, maintain inventory knowledge, and help keep the store clean and organized.

A valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and high school diploma are required; automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
