Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver automotive parts to professional customers. You will promote current sales, manage returns, and maintain relationships with key customers while supporting in-store operations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic math skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends. Bilingual skills are a plus; safety and inventory procedures are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret documents and part catalogs
• Ability to use basic math for transactions and measurements
• Willing to work various days, evenings and weekends as needed
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) for customer interactions

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels
• Operate inventory systems and assist with cycle counts
