Advance Auto Parts in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and assist with returns. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs, and handle daily credit collections.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and a willingness to work days, evenings and weekends. Strong customer service, basic math and navigation skills are essential, with automotive parts experience preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Automotive parts experience is preferred.
Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
Willing to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
Other duties as assigned.
