Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and walk-in customers. You will also manage returns, fulfill weekly flyers, and assist in building strong customer relationships.

The role requires safe driving, good communication, and the ability to upsell while promoting loyalty programs. You will work with inventory and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
