Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, stock, and support upselling efforts. You will engage with customers, maintain store cleanliness, handle returns, and coordinate with sales teams while ensuring safety and accurate documentation.

High school diploma and valid driver's license are required; proficiency in basic math and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected. This role supports a fast-paced service environment at our locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to pro customers and manage returns.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and upsell.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory.
• Operate delivery board system and daily credit collections.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist with upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Follow safety and inventory procedures.
