Job summary

Talentify is seeking a delivery driver with automotive parts experience to pick, stage, and deliver parts to professional customers in a fast-paced environment. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upsell products, collect credit accounts, and maintain inventory accuracy while upholding safety standards and exceptional customer service.

Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record and be able to lift up to 50-100 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
