Advance Auto Parts Inc. in the United States is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while maintaining inventory and assisting with upsell opportunities.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, handle returns and daily credit accounts, and uphold store cleanliness and safety standards. Automotive parts experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
