Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic input/output tasks.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months experience as a Loader at a home improvement or hardware retailer.
• 6 months retail merchandising experience (zone recovery, stocking, signage, housekeeping).
• 6 months experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs.
• Pull and stage orders for customers and contractors.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and replenish products as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment and ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Report safety hazards to management or Asset Protection.
• Operate store equipment as needed for loading and other tasks.
• Communicate product information and warranties to customers and coworkers.
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies and procedures.
