Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying information).
• Minimum 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe’s policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain stock by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and in parking lot.
