Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
- Take orders by phone/online, invoice, and direct parts for delivery.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
- Record daily mileages in fleet management devices.
- Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers for service.
- Verify billing of warranty parts and cores before checkout.
- Coordinate returns and credits for cores/warranties.
- Assist on front/back counters and with backroom duties as needed.
- Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
- All other duties as assigned.
