• Assist Pro customers at the Pro Desk, in loading materials, managing deliveries, and providing specialized paint and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers and proactively drive sales through product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations.
• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment and resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor inventory and support store goals by executing sales initiatives and upholding high standards of customer service and safety.
