Behr Paint Company is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to join the Home Depot Pro Desk team. You will help professional painting contractors by selecting the right products, mixing paint, and ensuring fast service while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

No prior paint or sales experience is required; we’ll train you. You’ll build relationships with pros, handle orders, and support busy periods with flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and be able to use customer management software.
• No experience required; Behr will train you.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behr Pro Desk at Home Depot, building relationships with professional contractors.
• Pull and tint orders for pickup and help customers find products.
• Mix paint and ensure the right products are provided for each job.
• Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
