Behr Paint Company is seeking a friendly Pro Sales Associate to join our Home Depot Pro Desk team, where you will engage professional painting contractors, learn their needs, and help select Behr products, mix paints, and prepare orders for quick pickup.

No prior paint or sales experience is required; we provide training. A high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills for Salesforce, and a willingness to collaborate with store staff are essential. Weekend/evening shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude to greet strangers.
• Willingness to learn Behr products and sales processes.
• Basic computer skills to use CRM software (Salesforce).
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Home Depot Pro Desk and build relationships with professional contractors.
• Pull and tint orders and assist Home Depot staff; lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Enter leads and contacts into Salesforce; maintain accurate records.
• Assist in delivering a great in-store experience for professional customers.
