Job summary

Behr Paint Company in a Home Depot store is seeking a Pro Sales Associate who will focus on professional painting contractors and their needs. You’ll work with the Pro Desk to welcome contractors, understand their projects, and guide them to the right Behr products, mixing, and sundry tools to move them in and out quickly.

No prior paint or sales experience is required; we provide training. You’ll use Salesforce to log new leads and contacts, and you may speak additional languages as a bonus.

Qualifications

• An outgoing personality to engage contractors and build relationships.
• Collaboration with Behr’s outside reps and Home Depot staff.
• Basic computer skills to enter leads and contacts (Salesforce).
• Bilingual ability is a bonus for communicating with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Meet and form relationships with local pros at the store.
• Pull and tint orders for pickup and assist with product selection.
• Collaborate with Home Depot staff to ensure smooth service and checkout.
