Job summary

Behr Paint Company at Home Depot is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage professional painting contractors, understand their needs, and provide the right products and service. You will work with the Pro Desk to build relationships, tint orders, and ensure fast checkout for pros in-store.

Typical shifts include weekends and evenings; training is provided for Behr products and our customer management system. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality to engage contractors and build relationships.
• Collaborate with Behr outside reps and Home Depot staff to fulfill orders.
• Basic computer skills; enter leads and contacts into Salesforce (training provided).
• Bilingual skills are a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pro Desk and introduce yourself to contractors.
• Pull and tint orders for pickup; assist customers in-store.
• Collaborate with Home Depot staff to maintain a seamless vendor relationship.
• Enter new leads into Salesforce and maintain contact records.
