Responsibilities

• Support every stage of the Pro customer journey, including order fulfillment, loading, and tailored delivery solutions
• Meet monthly sales goals and other performance metrics to drive store sales
• Assist at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, and sharing paint and product knowledge
• Monitor inventory, execute sales initiatives, and uphold customer service and safety standards
