Members build lasting relationships, proactively drive sales through product knowledge and loyalty programs, and collaborate to keep the Pro Desk, deliveries, and stock in optimal condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is beneficial.
• Bilingual communications skills may be preferred at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pro customers with orders, product recommendations and delivery solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe store area and resolve delivery issues.
• Meet monthly sales goals and other performance metrics.
