• Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers; proactively drive sales with tailored recommendations.
• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Assist at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, or offering specialized product knowledge.
• Collaborate to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues.
• Support store goals by monitoring inventory and executing sales initiatives.
