The Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales Team delivers an exceptional experience for professional customers, including contractors and commercial clients. Team members support the Pro journey from order fulfillment to tailored delivery solutions, building strong Pro relationships and driving sales through product knowledge and loyalty programs.

Members meet monthly sales goals, assist at the Pro Desk, help with loading and deliveries, and provide specialized paint and product expertise.

Qualifications

Pro Customer Service/Sales Team members are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. Whether assisting at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, or offering specialized paint and product knowledge, the team helps ensure every Pro customer’s project is a success. Collaboration is key, with team members working together to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors.
