BJC Corporate Health Services in the St. Louis area is seeking a PRN registered nurse for outpatient health and wellness assessments. Flex scheduling: 2 shifts every 6 weeks and one Saturday shift every 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred; 2–5 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care, including values, emotions, and cultural needs.
• Develop, implement, and document care plans with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family.
• Communicate the plan of care across the continuum and with family or caregivers; ensure documentation in EMR.
• Promote evidence-based nursing practice and participate in quality improvement and community health activities.
