SYNERGY HomeCare of Conover is seeking experienced Specialized Caregivers for weekend shifts to provide non-medical care in clients' homes in Conover, NC. The role supports clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, mobility issues, hospice needs, and higher-acuity conditions.

Pay ranges from $15.50 to $21.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience, reliability, availability, and level of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA, PCA, Home Health Aide, or equivalent caregiving experience welcomed.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and memory-related conditions.
• Provide safety supervision and fall prevention support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and gait belt use.

Are you an experienced caregiver with a passion for helping clients with complex care needs remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home? SYNERGY HomeCare of Conover is seeking compassionate and dependable Specialized Caregivers to provide high-quality non-medical care during weekend shifts.

This position is ideal for caregivers with experience supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease, mobility limitations, hospice needs, fall risks, and other higher-acuity conditions.

Pay

$15.50-$21.00 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, reliability, availability, and level of care provided.

Weekend Availability Requirement

Applicants must have flexible weekend availability and be willing to work day, mid-shift, evening, and overnight assignments based on client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
• Support clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and memory-related conditions
