You will operate a 14- or 23-passenger vehicle, follow policy, log trips, and report issues promptly to ensure reliable service for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• CDL license required with the physical and random drug screening per CDL rules.
• Ability to operate 14- and 23-passenger buses in varied traffic.
• Demonstrates dignity and respect when interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Drive the bus/van to resident functions and appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and personnel information.
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
• Operate vehicle functions safely and use comms equipment for routine or emergencies.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep a current trip log.
• Fuel vehicles after use and notify if fuel is low.
