Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Possess current valid Ohio Driver’s License.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in transportation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports residents in a timely manner.
• Assists residents with ambulating and transferring in and out of vehicles and buildings.
• Maintains cleanliness and readiness of facility vehicles; reports any malfunction to appropriate personnel.
• Reports any unusual incidents involving a resident to supervisor upon return.
