Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical ultrasound experience required.
• 2-4 years of clinical ultrasound experience preferred.
• ARDMS/ARRT Sonography certification or registry eligibility required.
• BCLS certification required within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound procedures independently following department protocols.
• Verifies patient identification and orders prior to imaging.
• Documents imaging procedures and patient information in EHR and PACS.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness and infection control during imaging.
• Monitors supplies and coordinates inventory replenishment as needed.
