Lake Granbury Medical Center is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations and support physicians in evaluation and treatment. The role requires independent judgment, strict patient safety, and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates will have ARDMS/ARRT eligibility, strong communication, and a commitment to professional growth. This on-site position emphasizes compassionate care and accurate imaging within the radiology team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical ultrasound experience required.
• 2-4 years of clinical ultrasound experience preferred.
• Proficiency in ultrasound imaging techniques and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound procedures independently following department protocols.
• Verifies patient identification and appropriate procedures before imaging.
• Documents imaging procedures and patient information in the EHR and PACS.
• Maintains safety, infection control, and proper equipment operation.
