Job summary

MountainView Hospital is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist PRN to perform ultrasonic imaging across OB/GYN, abdomen, neurosonology and peripheral vascular areas. You will assess organs and prenatal conditions, ensuring high-quality examinations and supporting radiologists during biopsies.

Successful candidates possess AMA‑approved radiologic training or an ultrasound program, ARRT/ARDMS registry eligibility within 12 months, and current BLS CPR.

Qualifications

• Formal radiologic training from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology or Ultrasound.
• Registry eligibility for ARRT or ARDMS within 12 months.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform Ultrasonic imaging in OB/GYN, abdomen, neurosonology or peripheral vascular areas.
• Obtain information on organs, fluid, disease, prenatal fetuses and placenta when applicable.
• Assist Radiologists during biopsies and handle non-technical radiology duties as available.

Education

AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or Ultrasound school

ARRT or ARDMS registry eligibility (within 12 months)

Current CPR/BLS certification
