Job summary

Qualifications

• Background or interest in Behavioral Health or Counseling fields.
• Recovery experience encouraged.
• Strong work ethic and compassion for others.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be ambulatory.

Responsibilities

• Plans and carries out individual client support services.
• Maintains accurate records for each client.
• Engages clients in on-site recreational activities with staff.
• Attends meetings and trainings as needed.
• Ensures client guidelines are followed.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and be ambulatory.
• Complete required documentation thoroughly and promptly.
• Drive/transport clients as needed.
• Report client interactions to the team.
• Support cleaning staff as needed.
