Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, seeks a PRN Staff Nurse for the Transplant unit at University Hospital. The nurse will provide patient- and family-centered care, collaborate with the care team, and support patient outcomes through the nursing process.

The role requires a nursing degree from CCNE/ACEN accredited program, active Ohio license or interim permit, and will be offered as intermittent, 0.2 scheduled hours with rotating shifts.

Formación

• Degree in Nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program required.
• Current Ohio license or interim permit.
• Experience in relevant care setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• The Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and his/her family, and for directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team.
• The Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating and evaluating the nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model.
