Job summary

A.G. Rhodes invites applications for a PRN Therapy position at one of our Georgia communities.

This role supports our compassionate, inclusive culture and provides high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting. Qualified candidates hold a Georgia license, have at least one year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment, and demonstrate strong teamwork, customer service, and documentation skills.

PRN Therapy Position Requirements Include

• Current Georgia License
• Minimum of one year of experience working in a Long-term Care/Skilled Nursing community
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Ability to work at least one shift per month
• Strong team work/collaboration skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
