Job summary

A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our Cobb community in Marietta as a PT Care Partner. This role supports a memory care village with private rooms and a compassionate, inclusive culture in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Physical Therapist PT license in good standing.
• One year of experience in a Long-term Care/Skilled Nursing community or willingness to train new grads.
• Experience in a Person-Directed Care community preferred.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting; Net Health preferred).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
