Job summary

A.G. Rhodes Health & Rehab is seeking a PRN Therapy professional in Georgia to provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting. This role emphasizes patient-centered, person-directed care with flexible scheduling to meet monthly shift requirements.

Qualified applicants will hold a current Georgia license, CPR/BLS certification, and at least one year of related experience, with strong communication and documentation skills to support high-quality elder care.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia License.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a Long-term Care/Skilled Nursing community.
• Experience in a Person-Directed Care community preferred.
• CPR/BLS First Aid Certification.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Ability to work at least one shift per month.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good documentation skills (Net Health preferred).
• Strong organization and time management skills.

PRN Therapy position requirements include:

• Current Georgia License
• Minimum of one year of experience working in a Long-term Care/Skilled Nursing community
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Ability to work at least one shift per month
• Strong team work/collaboration skills

• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred)
