Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an entry-level Physical Therapy Aide to join our Milton clinic. You will greet patients, assist them to treatment areas, and support therapists under supervision in a fast-paced, caring environment.

This role offers observation hours for PT school, potential career progression within a nationwide practice, and a collaborative team focused on evidence-based care. Comfort with lifting and year-round availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required; submission of diploma for highest education obtained will be required.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Year-Round Employment Required – consistent availability throughout the year.
• Occasional lifting carries and pushing as part of patient care.

Your Responsibilities As a Physical Therapy Aide

• Greet patients and assist patients to treatment area as directed by therapist or therapist assistant
• Clean treatment room and prepare room for next patient
• Maintain cleanliness of therapeutic equipment
• Answer and direct telephone calls

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Year-Round Employment Required – This position requires consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year. We are unable to accommodate seasonal hires who only work during summer and return for breaks.
• Occasional lifting consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs.
• Occasional carrying consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs
• Occasional pushing consistent with patient care of 0 – 300 lbs
• Frequent lifting and carrying consistent with patient care of 0 – 50 lbs

Schedule

• PRN (M/W/F all day coverage needed as well as T/Th mornings)

Compensation

• Pay Range: $13.33-$14/hour
• (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
