Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy seeks a Physical Therapy Aide to support patient treatments and assist licensed clinicians in a busy Chicago clinic. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in evidence-based care and opportunities to grow within a nationwide network.

You will greet patients, prepare treatment rooms, maintain equipment, and assist with front desk duties as needed. The role emphasizes reliability, communication, and safety in patient care.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Year-Round Employment required; not seasonal.
• Occasional lifting consistent with patient care beyond 50 lbs.
• Occasional carrying consistent with patient care beyond 50 lbs.
• Occasional pushing 0–300 lbs.
• Frequent lifting and carrying 0–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Year-Round Employment Required – This position requires consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year. We are unable to accommodate seasonal hires who only work during summer and return for breaks.
• Occasional lifting consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs.
• Occasional carrying consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs
• Occasional pushing consistent with patient care of 0 – 300 lbs
• Frequent lifting and carrying consistent with patient care of 0 – 50 lbs

Schedule

• PRN; flexible schedule

Compensation

Pay Range: $17.50-18/hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
