Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support licensed clinicians and help keep the clinic running smoothly. This entry-level role offers hands-on patient contact, exposure to treatment setups, and a chance to start a healthcare career within a nationwide practice.

You'll greet patients, prep treatment rooms, assist with routine tasks, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required. Customer service experience preferred.
• Year‑Round employment; consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year.
• Occasional lifting consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs.
• Frequent lifting and carrying consistent with patient care of 0 – 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to treatment areas as directed by therapists.
• Clean treatment rooms and prepare spaces for next patient.
• Maintain cleanliness of therapeutic equipment and supplies.
• Answer and direct telephone calls to support front desk operations.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Your Responsibilities as a Physical Therapy Aide

• Greet patients and assist patients to treatment area as directed by therapist or therapist assistant
• Clean treatment room and prepare room for next patient
• Maintain cleanliness of therapeutic equipment
• Answer and direct telephone calls

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Year‑Round Employment Required – This position requires consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year. We are unable to accommodate seasonal hires who only work during summer and return for breaks.
• Occasional lifting consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs.
• Occasional carrying consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs
• Occasional pushing consistent with patient care of 0 – 300 lbs
• Frequent lifting and carrying consistent with patient care of 0 – 50 lbs

• PRN; flexible schedule

Compensation

Pay Range: $16/hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
