Job summary

The Redpoint Center in Boulder, CO seeks PRN Outpatient Therapists to provide individual and group therapy to adolescents and/or adults facing mental health and substance use challenges.

This on-site contract role emphasizes client assessments, development of individualized treatment plans, crisis management, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active Colorado state licensure as a therapist or counselor (or eligibility).
• Experience with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Strong HIPAA knowledge and professional ethics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize crisis management techniques to support client safety and confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
