Job summary

The Redpoint Center is actively seeking PRN Outpatient Therapists to join our clinical team in Thornton, CO. You will provide group therapy and individual support to adolescents and/or adults, helping clients progress toward recovery and stability within our IOP setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active and valid Colorado state licensure as a therapist or counselor (or eligibility for licensure).
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide group therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Utilize appropriate crisis management techniques to support client confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with program standards.
