Job summary

The role involves collaborative care with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to support patients’ recovery across inpatient and outpatient services. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, documenting progress, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Two years in health care and at least two years in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Full, independent licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW or equivalent in state practicing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients’ needs with comprehensive assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and guide implementation of interventions.
