Qualifications

• Completion of a Certified Surgical Technologist program and/or Licensed Surgical Technologist.
• Licensed as a Surgical Technologist in the state of Colorado required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Must possess English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists during surgical procedures by maintaining sterile field and providing instrumentation.
• Participates in unit activities to assure high-quality patient care.
• Functions under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Maintains knowledge of sterile technique and anatomy relevant to procedures.
