Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Coordinator Hospital Support and Staffing to ensure safe and effective staffing levels across clinics. The role reports to the Central Staffing Office Manager and supports the Ambulatory Nursing Director in reviewing PRN utilization processes.

The coordinator will maintain PRN float pool records, collaborate with department leaders and hospital management on policies, and perform administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Preferred education: Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Review PRN utilization processes for Moffitt Clinics.
• Provide safe and effective staffing levels to all clinics.
• Collaborate with department leaders, PRN personnel, and hospital management on policies and regulations.
• Maintain personnel records for PRN float pool and provide administrative support with minimal supervision.
