Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL is seeking a Coordinator Hospital Support and Staffing to ensure safe, effective PRN staffing across clinics. This role reports to the Central Staffing Office Manager and supports the Ambulatory Nursing Director with staffing policies and procedures.

The coordinator maintains personnel records for the PRN float pool and collaborates with department leaders, PRN personnel, and hospital management to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred education: Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Central Staffing Office Manager and assists the Ambulatory Nursing Director with review of PRN utilization processes for Moffitt Clinics.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure safe and effective staffing levels across all clinics based on productivity and staffing policies.
• Collaborates with department leaders, PRN personnel and Hospital management regarding policies, procedures, standards, regulations and other issues.
