TelyRx, Inc. is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our on-site Dallas, TX team. You will verify prescriptions, counsel patients, and provide clinical leadership in a fast-paced setting.

The on-site role emphasizes patient-centric care and seamless operational flow. You will collaborate with the General Manager and cross-functional teams, leveraging CRM systems and integrated software to maintain high-quality standards and patient trust.

Qualifications

• PharmD or RPh with an active license in Texas.
• 4+ years of experience in retail, specialty, mail-order, or long-term care pharmacy.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as we serve.

Responsibilities

• Perform final verification and clinical intervention with independent professional judgment.
• Maintain on-time verification and ensure the pharmacy meets patient expectations.
• Lead pharmacist-led outreach: refill adherence and counseling.
• Mentor technicians and support the Pharmacy Manager on clinical and workflow knowledge.
• Support floor operations and jump in to keep orders moving.
