Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist for PRN opportunities in Texas. You will provide speech and language rehabilitation services to patients in our inpatient or home-like settings, delivering personalized plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will evaluate, develop, and document treatment progress, adjust therapy as needed, and celebrate patient improvements. A commitment to compassionate care and patient outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with field experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, and administering personalized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Identifying issues and modifying therapy when necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance and progress.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
