Banner Health is seeking a PRN Speech Pathologist for Banner Baywood in Mesa, AZ. The role features a day shift with self-scheduling from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

The assignment focuses on screening, evaluation, and rehabilitation for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and related disorders. Minimum qualifications include a masters in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, CCC or CFY consideration, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• CCC or documented acceptance in CFY is required or preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and determine intervention plans.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families to support therapy goals.
• Document treatment sessions according to standards.
• Provide training to staff and students as needed.
• Follow plan of care and maintain professional compliance.
