Qualifications

• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with speech, language and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement therapy plans and monitor progress with the rehab team.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other clinicians to support patient independence.
