Position Overview

Responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing deficits within the scope of an SLP. Focus on improving speech intelligibility, communication, cognitive functions, and swallowing safety through various therapeutic techniques.

Principal Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and document progress according to professional standards and company guidelines.
  2. Use therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation of speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare team members and participate in care planning.
  4. Ensure timely documentation of evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
  5. Maintain compliance with all policies and demonstrate professionalism and respect in interactions.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current certification as an SLP/CCC.
  • Ability to perform assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
