SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides independently skilled speech-language services for patients, caregivers, and centers in accordance with speech-language pathology principles and Anew Home Health's policies. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and contributing to case management.
