Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting, following an individualized plan of care after evaluation.

Successful candidates will have strong written and oral communication skills and work closely with patients, families, and the treatment team. Experience with swallowing evaluations and standardized assessments is preferred to monitor progress and adapt treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in SNF settings and patient care delivery.
• Ability to administer speech/language assessments and swallowing evaluations.

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
