Highland Care Center is seeking a talented PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. Primary Purpose

Ensure high-quality resident care, support staff, and promote a positive community reputation while embodying Eduro Healthcare's core values of wellness, compassion, customer experience, and company results.

Responsibilities

1. Evaluate residents’ conditions and develop appropriate SLP rehabilitation plans.
2. Assist residents with tasks and monitor their progress.
3. Inform residents about recovery stages and handling different situations.
4. Maintain resident confidence and confidentiality.
5. Supervise CFYs when required.
6. Ensure a safe, clean working environment by following infection-control protocols.
7. Comply with all legal and professional requirements.
8. Contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts in resident care.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist program.
2. Current and active SLP license or registration in the state of employment or CFY.
3. Experience with geriatric patients is a plus.
4. Completion of company-required orientation.
5. Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
6. Familiarity and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
7. Legal eligibility to work (show evidence within three days of hire).
